Product Manager – Realtime

Supabase is hiring a Product Manager – Realtime to lead the product experience developers use to build live, collaborative, and event-driven applications.

The role focuses on Supabase Realtime features such as Broadcast, Presence, and Postgres Changes. The Product Manager will work closely with Engineering, Design, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to shape the roadmap, improve the developer experience, and identify new product opportunities.

This is a fully remote and asynchronous position open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Realtime product roadmap and priorities.
• Understand customer needs and identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design on product development.
• Analyze product data to improve the user experience.
• Help develop Realtime for emerging use cases, including AI applications.
• Work with Pricing, Finance, and Billing teams on packaging and pricing.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned on product priorities.

Eligibility

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on developer tools, or equivalent founder experience.
• Experience with an application platform, feature, or framework where real-time functionality was important.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development and real-time or synchronization patterns.
• Experience with Postgres and familiarity with logical replication.
• Ability to analyze product data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.

Salary

Estimated Salary: $180,000 – $215,000 per year.
