The selected candidate will conduct engaging demo and live sessions with students from India, the Middle East, the US, and Canada. You will use PlanetSpark’s world-class digital curriculum to teach spoken English, creative writing, grammar, and presentation skills—turning every class into an exciting learning experience.

The position requires an excellent command of English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire young minds from the comfort of your home. Candidates can operate remotely with flexible shift options.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demo & Live Sessions Conduct demo sessions to help parents and students experience PlanetSpark’s teaching style, and deliver regular online English classes as per the curriculum and methodology.

2. Student Progress & Engagement Track each learner’s progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure visible improvement in communication skills by making sessions interactive and enjoyable.

3. Parent Communication Communicate effectively with parents to discuss student progress, share feedback, and address queries professionally.

4. Professionalism & Punctuality Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and strict adherence to scheduled online teaching hours.

5. Digital Classroom Management Utilize laptops, webcams, and digital teaching tools effectively to deliver high-energy, tech-driven virtual classes.

Skills Required

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to fresh graduates with a BA or MA in English, as well as experienced English tutors, language trainers, or soft skills coaches.

• Strong command over the English language with impeccable pronunciation and grammar.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and necessary digital setup (laptop/PC and webcam).

• Educational background: Graduation in any discipline, with a preference for English literature or language majors.

Work From Home Requirements

• This position offers 100% remote teaching options from home.

• Candidates must have a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a quiet, professional workspace.

Working Hours & Days

• Part-time / Freelance working hours with flexible shifts available (3–4 hours per day, 6 days a week, including weekends).

• Available Shifts:

  • 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (India students)

  • 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (India / UAE students)

  • 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US / Canada students)

  • 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM IST (US / Canada students)

Salary

• ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 a year (Competitive earnings with performance-based incentives).
